  • Tax Benefits: Currently, donations do not qualify for deductions under Section 80G of the Income Tax Act, 1961, or any other tax exemptions (e.g., 80G or 12A). No tax benefits or exemptions are provided at this time. Receipts may be issued upon request for record-keeping purposes only. In the future, updating such certifications, eligible donations may then qualify for applicable tax benefits, and these Terms will be updated accordingly to reflect the changes. You are responsible for verifying any future eligibility with tax authorities.
  • Refunds: Donations are non-refundable, except in cases of technical errors or as required by law. Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days via contact@animalscareassociation.org, subject to verification.
  • Foreign Donations: If applicable, we comply with FCRA requirements. Foreign donors must ensure compliance with their local laws.
  • No Guarantees: Donations do not confer any rights, ownership, or guarantees regarding specific animal outcomes or services.
  • Anti-Money Laundering: We may screen donations for compliance with PMLA and report suspicious activities to authorities.

By donating, you confirm the funds are from legitimate sources and consent to necessary verifications.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Website, including text, images, logos, videos, and graphics (collectively, “Content”), is owned by us or our licensors and protected under Indian and international intellectual property laws (e.g., Copyright Act, 1957; Trademarks Act, 1999).
